Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please read them carefully.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website.
Relevant United Kingdom law will apply to the Agreement and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Agreement.
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
To order goods on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail).
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorized for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. All prices are inclusive of VAT and the delivery charges will be calculated before you proceed to the checkout. We may make adjustments if there is any revision to taxes or duties and we will inform you of this before you proceed with the purchase.
From time to time the prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third party website. The prices displayed on our website www.retrofc.co.uk will be the current price.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative product or give you the opportunity to cancel it without penalty.
We will endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, however occasionally a mistake may occur and goods may be mispriced. If this should occur, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and either give you the option of cancelling the order or to continue the order at the correct price.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period indicated.
We do offer a printed catalogue. Please note that the prices are for a specific period only and the most up to date price (including special offers) will be displayed on our website or instore.
Your order is sent directly to our secure back office system for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, we then process your order and your custom made to order top will go into production. This process usually takes two weeks from payment to delivery but can take slightly longer during certain times of the year. Please be patient, but if you have any worries or concerns about your order please contact us at [email protected] quoting your order number or surname and address and we will update you on your order status.
We use the industry leading internet payment company PayPal to protect your card details and protect from fraud. PayPal keep your information safe. We will never actually see your bank or credit card details; they are passed in a highly secure way directly to PayPal for processing. Industry-leading fraud prevention is just one of the reasons PayPal is a safe way to pay online. PayPal uses proprietary technology and constantly innovates to monitor transactions and maintain a secure payment system. The delivery cost is built into the cost of the shirt, and as stated above we aim for you to have your item within a 2 week window. This isn’t always achievable and may take slightly longer. If you have any concerns please get in touch. We are here to help.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred. Saturday deliveries may be available upon request but this will incur an extra charge as per the courier’s rate at the time.
If the courier feels it is safe to do so they can deliver to a neighbor. If another delivery address is provided after an order is received, we will make further checks to verify this address and once verified we will dispatch your order accordingly. An extra delivery may be required if our quoted delivery post coded areas are breached. We will contact you to discuss in more detail if this is the case.

This is only available for items bought from our original section. Everything else is custom made to order.
All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide to help find the correct products. If you are ordering goods that are showing out of stock we will dispatch them when they are received from our supplier.
Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer’s expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If a product develops a problem, or is defective or is not as the description given, please send it back to the address above and email us to tell us the fault in the product, your name and order number. There will be no refunds for return shipping charges unless the product or we are at fault.
If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges (unless the product is faulty or not as described or we are at fault).
While we make every effort to process all requests in a prompt fashion, please allow 1-2 business days on all returns, exchanges, refunds or credits.
If you cancel the agreement then we will refund you the cost of the goods and delivery.To return the goods, you must do this at your own expense.
We suggest for your own protection you use Royal Mail 2ND Class Recorded post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods or evidence that you have returned the goods. If the value of the goods has diminished by any amount as a result of handling the goods beyond what is necessary, then this amount may be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the order cancellation.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Any goods with manufacturing faults or mis-described goods will be replaced or refunded.
